Mike installed a complete new stereo/TV sound system in my house in Blowing Rock. While I found him especially willing to ask questions about what I wanted in such a system and to really listen to me (which most technology industry people do not do today), he offered suggestions/recommendations incorporating the newest equipment and services which helped me better accomplish what I desired. His installation work represented significant attention to detail and was conducted in a very tidy manner. His costs are quite reasonable in my opinion. Also, he was thorough in going over operating manuals/systems related to the equipment he installed. In addition, he provided a directions for use booklet for remote controls which I have found very helpful when I have guests in my home.
